I bought a necklace from Alchemy London and, to be fair, the checkout was straightforward. I could pay by card, and PayPal was there too, which is always nice when you’re buying from an online shop and don’t feel like typing in every detail yet again.
The only slightly annoying part was the payment page taking its time to load on my phone, because apparently patience is part of the shopping experience now. But the order went through fine, the confirmation came quickly, and overall it did what it needed to do.

The box looked okay overall, nothing too fancy or special. One corner was a bit scuffed, which made me slightly nervous at first because I usually worry about damage during shipping, but thankfully the item inside was perfectly fine. Not bad, just average packaging.

I ordered from alchemy-london.com something just felt a bit off. The item didn’t look quite like what I was expecting, and the packaging seemed kind of cheap too… I also couldn’t really find anything that made me feel confident it was authentic. Maybe other people had a better experience, but personally I don’t think I’d order from them again :(

The stuff looks really nice and the delivery was totally fine. Anyway... for the price, I was kind of expecting a little more. It’s not bad at all, I’m just not sure it feels like the best value for money. I’d probably buy again if there was a sale.

I tried placing an order from my phone the other day, thinking it would be quick and easy. Instead, the pages kept freezing, and every time I got to checkout, it just kept looping me around. After messing with it for a while, I finally gave up.

I ordered this because the pictures made it look really nice, but when it arrived it didn’t match them much at all. The colour was off and the finish looked a lot cheaper in person. I know lighting can make a difference, but this felt like more than that. When I tried to bring it up, I just felt kind of brushed off, like it wasn’t a big deal. I wouldn’t have bought it if the photos had been more accurate.

I ordered my usual size from Alchemy-london, but it fit nothing like I expected. It was way too small and tight in weird spots, and the size guide really didn’t help much. I also felt kind of passed around when trying to figure out what went wrong, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Annoying overall, and I wouldn’t order clothes from there again

I bought this to give as a present, but as soon as I saw it in person, I just had a bad feeling about it. It looked cheaper than I expected, and the packaging didn’t help at all. it felt a little awkward handing it over to someone. My gut says this isn’t something I’d buy again as a gift.

The exchange process was clear overall. I mean, it took a bit of patience here and there, but the steps made sense, so... not really a big deal.

The item looks nice, but I feel like one normal wash could mess it up. If you’re patient with delicate washing, you might be fine, but personally I don’t think it’s worth the hassle.

I was excited to check out the designs, but after browsing for a bit, I just sort of sat there like, okay… I guess this is it. A lot of the pieces felt really similar to each other, and nothing jumped out at me as something I hadn’t already seen on other sites.

Maybe it’s just not my personal style, which is totally fine, obviously. I’m very calm about it. But for a brand with this kind of reputation, I was expecting something a little more creative or fresh, and it mostly felt kind of repeated.

I bought something and only realized afterward that the return info wasn’t very clear. I had to dig around the site to figure out what actually qualified, and even then I still wasn’t totally sure. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not understanding the policy, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. It really should be easier to know what you can and can’t return

Maybe I’m a little picky about customer service, but this really didn’t sit well with me. The whole experience felt frustrating, and I left feeling like they just didn’t care much about helping

The checkout process was kind of a mess. My card got rejected the first time for no clear reason, which was already frustrating, and then the shipping costs suddenly showed up late in the process like a fun little surprise. Not gonna lie, the website is decent overall. I was able to find most of what I needed after clicking around for a bit, and the product pages loaded fine. The photos were clear enough too, so that part was straightforward.

That said, some areas felt a little messy. The menus weren’t always super obvious, and the filters could definitely be better. Using it on my phone was kind of annoying at times, especially when I had to keep scrolling through everything.

Checkout was fine and I didn’t run into any major issues there. I just think the site could be smoother and easier to navigate overall, because right now it works, but it’s not the most user-friendly experience.

I liked that alchemy-london.com gives you a few ways to personalize things, because it does make the item feel a bit more special. The options were decent too, and I didn’t find them difficult to use or anything...

The only thing is, I wish some parts were explained a little better, especially how the final personalization is actually going to look. A clearer preview before ordering would’ve made me feel more sure about it. Overall it wasn’t bad, just feels like a little more info would help..

I was expecting there to be a lot more to choose from, but the range felt limited. Maybe I’m being picky, but I couldn’t find much that I actually liked, and a lot of it looked kind of the same to me. I’m not saying it was terrible or anything, just a bit disappointing compared to what I thought it would be.
